Dr. Howard Rankin has a strong background in psychology and neuroscience, especially in the areas of decision-making, wellness and communication. He has enjoyed success as an academic, a therapist, speaker and consultant. He has consulted with major health organizations, like the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and his work has been featured extensively in the media. He has been featured in major newspapers and magazines like the Wall Street Journal, LA Times and Prevention, and has appeared on all the networks including CNN, ABC News 20/20 and The View.

Dr. Rankin is involved in the Healthy Minds Initiative, a major program designed to increase brain health in communities everywhere. As an expert in cognitive neuroscience and how people really think, Howard understands how this impacts communication and subsequent decisions. Dr. Rankin has written 11 books in his own name, co-written another 8 and ghostwritten 25 others. All of these are non-fiction books, mostly in the areas of health, change and personal and corporate transformation. He also co-hosts a popular radio show, Master Your Life, that airs on UK Health Radio which has about 40k listeners a week.
